Pursuant to SEBI direction on Merger/ Transfer of schemes of IDBI Mutual Fund into LIC Mutual Fund, LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management Limited ("LIC AMC") has successfully acquired the business of IDBI Mutual Fund ("IDBI MF") Schemes from IDBI Asset Management Limited ("IDBI AMC"). Merger/ Transfer of schemes of IDBI Mutual Fund (Merging Schemes), open ended Equity / Debt Scheme, into LIC Mutual Fund (Surviving Scheme), Open Ended Equity / Debt Scheme and Proposed change of sponsorship, trusteeship, management and administration of the schemes of IDBI Mutual Fund and merger of / changes to the fundamental attributes of, one or more of the schemes of IDBI Mutual Fund. Accordingly, LIC AMC has taken over the rights to manage, operate and administer all the IDBIMF Schemes from IDBI AMC.
